Cockroach Red Zone Areas

Observations:

Cockroach Infestation Assessment
During our inspection, we conducted a micro-spraying test in selected areas to check for the presence of cockroach infestation. Based on this test, cockroach activity was observed, indicating the presence of infestation in the treated locations.

Note:
Due to ongoing kitchen operations and movement in other areas at the time of inspection, we were permitted to conduct the test only in a limited number of locations.
Considering the active movement of cockroaches observed, it is likely that infestation may also be present in other areas of the premises which could not be tested during this visit.
Additionally, during the inspection, Gel Application (baiting) was not observed in several required areas where it is generally recommended as a treatment or preventive control method for cockroach management.

Recommendation:
A comprehensive inspection and treatment across all areas, including proper gel bait application at required points & Micro treatments are recommended to effectively identify and control and eliminate the infestation.

Rodents Red Zone Areas

Observations:

During the inspection, it was observed that rodent bait stations were not properly installed in the premises. In particular, no bait stations were found near the garbage disposal areas, which are considered high-risk zones for rodent activity. Proper placement of bait stations in such areas is important for effective rodent monitoring and control.

Recommendation:
It is recommended to install rodent bait stations at appropriate and strategic locations across the premises, especially near garbage disposal points, external perimeters, and other potential rodent activity zones. The bait stations should be securely fixed, properly labeled, and regularly monitored and maintained to ensure effective rodent management and to prevent infestation.

Flies Red Zone Areas

  • Time Office(Nearby)

Observation:

It is recommended to clean and sanitize the affected area to remove bird droppings and residues. If possible, installation of bird deterrents (such as bird spikes, netting, or other deterrent measures) should be considered to prevent birds from perching or nesting near the entry area. Additionally, fly control measures, such as installing fly catchers or UV insect light traps, along with regular pest control treatments, are recommended to effectively reduce house fly activity.
